I moved to Austin for grad school last August. I had done some research myself and had an idea of what I was looking for, but still needed quite a bit of help. I really do not know where to start in saying how awesome Mike is. He helped us sell our home and buy a new one in April, and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish and then some. He walked us through every step of the process, from the tiny things (like finding a good storage unit) to the big things (like negotiating contracts). I have friends whose realtors did about half of what Mike did for us. There was nothing in the entire selling and buying process that Mike didn’t help us with, and he truly made a super stressful experience pretty seamless and even enjoyable (because he’s a great guy and fun to hang out with, too)!

Our 50 year old rent house had become vacant and we are too old to clean and repair for the next tenant, so we decided to sell.
